We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced operator to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. This is an on-call, seasonal position ideal for someone with flexible availability and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Loader and/or Kubota equipment for snow removal on commercial and residential properties.
- Clear driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and access roads efficiently and safely.
- Conduct pre- and post-operational checks to ensure machinery is in good working order.
- Maintain safe operation standards in challenging weather conditions.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members during snow events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery (Loader, Kubota, Skid Steer, etc.).
- Valid drivers license; experience with transporting machinery is an asset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by weather.
- Ability to work independently in adverse weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
