A successful Insurance Broker will have the ability to build lasting relationships while demonstrating exceptional customer service.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.</li><li>Conduct thorough analysis of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products effectively.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance and achieve company goals.</li><li>Leverage multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.</li><li>Participate in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and schedule appointments for consultations.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>RIBO license or OTL License (Must be willing to obtain RIBO)</li><li>Proven experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred.</li><li>Strong outside sales experience with a focus on building client relationships.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service is essential for understanding client expectations.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing techniques related to insurance products is a plus.
