Here’s what you’ll deliver:
Advising customers of lease options. Answering customer leasing inquiries over the phone and/or in the dealership on a daily basis. Completing paperwork for payouts and financing for customer buyouts. Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business. Maintain contact with customers on a timely basis and in a professional manner. Account for all documents; ensure that none are missing. Establishes and enforces product-knowledge standards. Setting appointments and reselling all of our leases that are coming to an end. Actively supporting, encouraging, and motivating sales personnel daily to maintain high morale. Exhibiting a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability. Understand and comply with all federal, provincial and local regulations that affect service operations, such as the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), waste disposal regulations, etc. Work in strict compliance with the Laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada including, but not limited to, the Employment Standards Act (ESA) and the Accessibilities for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). Work in strict compliance with the requirements and regulations of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC). Represent The Employer in a favorable light to all accounts, press and industry representatives at all times. Assist with our Service Drive Through program, advising clients of their options Other duties as required. What you need to succeed:
Highschool Diploma or GED Looking for between 1-3 years dealership experience in leasing and or sales. OMVIC Certification, required. Dealer CRM system experience required. Experience in the retail automotive environment. Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business. High motivation, energy and ability to perform with minimal supervision. Ability to think quickly and multitask. Comfort with computers and external communication. Willingness to create and work within a fun atmosphere.
