Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:


  1. Assist training program planning, execution, and delivery management – both virtual and in-person.
  2. Run Excel reports on Workday and other systems and visualize the data via Excel using formulas to help identify trends, issues, and/or possible improvements.
  3. Assist with initial logistics and team coordination, scheduling, sending invitations, enrolling learners, managing the training calendar, offering in-training support, sending post-training surveys, closing gaps, and showing results.
  4. Provide technical support to virtual training webinars, primarily Zoom, including in-training troubleshooting, recording virtual sessions, and editing recordings.
  5. Design, develop, and manage training effectiveness surveys. Provide recommendations using data from surveys or reports to improve training design, delivery, and end user experience.
  6. Manage the Tech Learning Portal, an internal training delivery platform.
  7. Utilize the Workday Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint sites, and other internal systems for training effectiveness by capturing appropriate data.
  8. Work closely with the training team and other internal teams to improve processes and document changes by leveraging qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
  9. Assist in training material design and documentation, and act as a training tester by taking courses and offering suggestions to improve the end user experience.

What you need to have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of working experience in corporate training implementation and measurement (Must have)
  2. Experience with Workday or other Learning Management System (LMS) admin (Must have)
  3. Adept at Excel, including creating pivot tables and comfortable using formulas (Must have)
  4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Must have)
  5. A great team player embracing collaboration across different cultures and time zones.
  6. Good organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
