- DIRECT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Must have over 3 years experience as restoration labour and proven skills
- Must have at least 1 year experience as Lead Technician
- Must have experience using industry software for job site documentation
- Must have references
- Driver's licence required with clean record
- Must have basic hand tools
- Water damage caused by a variety of sources, clean water breaks, sump pump failures, sewer backups
- Residential and commercial properties
- Fire and smoke damage cleaning and demolition
- Hazardous material removal
- Pack out and move out belongings and property
- Final post-construction cleaning
- Must be available full-time Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:30
- On-call rotation once every 4 weeks
- Able to work hard physical labour when required
- Criminal Record Check will be required
