The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying and cultivating potential customer leads for the sales team. This role involves researching and targeting potential clients, contacting them through various channels, and qualifying leads to ensure they meet the company’s criteria. The Lead Generation Specialist will drive revenue growth by generating high-quality leads that convert into sales opportunities.


  • Research and Identification:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential leads within target industries.

    • Utilize various tools and platforms to gather data on prospective clients.

    • Maintain an updated database of potential leads.

  • Lead Generation:
    • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and engage potential clients.

    • Use email marketing, social media, networking, and other outreach methods to generate leads.

    • Implement and optimize campaigns for maximum lead generation.

  • Qualification and Nurturing:
    • Qualify leads through initial contact and needs assessment to ensure they meet the company’s criteria.

    • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for further engagement.

  • Data Management:
    • Track and analyze lead generation activities to measure effectiveness and ROI.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status in CRM systems.

    • Provide regular reports on lead generation performance and insights.

  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts with marketing campaigns.

    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-through.

    • Share feedback and insights from lead interactions to improve overall strategy.

  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.

    • Experiment with new lead generation techniques and tools.

    • Continuously improve lead generation processes and strategies based on data and feedback.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.

  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.

  • Proficiency with Hubspot software and lead generation platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.  

Working Hours as a Global Citizen at PBP!
We’re a global company with team members in Canada, Kenya, India, the USA, Türkiye, Mexico, UK, South Africa, and Colombia. You will be working with teams across multiple time zones so we expect you to work within your standard time zone working hours, but be available from time to time for team meetings that may fall outside of your regular working hours.
