JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced candidate to join our team. The role will include performing medical grade treatments with state of the art Sharplight equipment. We are looking for an outgoing, professional candidate with an excellent bed-side manner. Providing the highest level of customer service is our top priority. The chosen candidate will need to be self motivated and proficient with creating social media content such as videos, articles, and Canva designs. YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMMITED TO:
- Doing consultations. You will be coming up with individualized treatment plans and selling treatment packages, booking appointments, answering phone calls, texts and emails. Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes is crucial.
- You will be working independently, performing treatments such as IPL hair removal, photofacials; Radio Frequency face and body contouring / cellulite reduction; Infrared VermaDerm skin tightening and deep wrinkle reduction; Fractional laser resurfacing, etc.
- Keeping the clinic clean and organized at all times is necessary. This includes, laundry, sweeping, mopping, etc.
- Creating social media content such as video's, articles and Canva designs.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Certification in an accredited laser / IPL technician program.
- A minimum of two years experience performing IPL or laser treatments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide high end customer service that include sales, appointment management, writing social media content, etc.
- Prior experience using Sharplight equipment is required.
- Knowledge of proper skin care.
- Experience with Insight Salon & Spa Software or other scheduling systems.
- Experience using Canva to create designs and videos for social media.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$28.00 per hour
