Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

About the Job:

This role involves selling visual display products to various clients, including architects, general contractors, educational institutions, and office furniture providers. The sales representative will primarily focus on new business development and account management, working closely with purchasing departments.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales and marketing of visual display products to outlined customer regions
  • Manage sales pipeline and key performance metrics to achieve annual targets
  • Prepare and conduct presentations of products, services, and company strengths
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge and expertise with ASI Group VDP products

Benefits and Compensation:

The base salary is $90,000 – $110,000, plus commissions. Additionally, the outside sales representative can expect a total estimated earnings of $145,000 in the first year, along with health benefits, business-related expenses, laptop, and cell phone.

The company designs, engineers, and manufactures fully integrated washroom accessories, partitions, lockers, and visual display products across North America. With over 3000 staff globally and 25 locally, the company promotes teamwork and a positive work-life balance.



Work Environment:

The sales representative will be based in Mississauga, Ontario, working from the office 5 days a week. The sales territory includes Ontario, with potential expansion plans to include Quebec and eventually Western Canada.



Requirements:

  • 5-15 years of business-to-business sales experience
  • Experience in commercial architecture, design, or construction industry an asset
  • Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Salesforce.com CRM
