Job Title: Key Account Manager
Sell and implement advanced metering hardware and software solutions for utility monitoring and management.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $100,000
- Commission: up to $40,000 per year
- Total estimated earnings: $140,000 – $160,000

{company} is a leading provider of integrated submetering solutions for the built environment across North America. They specialize in supplying and implementing advanced metering hardware and software for various utilities, including electricity, water, thermal (BTU, heat), gas, and steam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts in the multi-residential metering sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Sell and implement advanced metering hardware and software solutions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B Sales or Account Management experience
- Working knowledge of larger property building systems
- Knowledge of green building certifications
Technical Skills:
- Highly skilled in Windows Office environment
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
About the Role:
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days working from Toronto office, and the rest working from home and travelling with the sales territory of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding cities.
