Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer Designer (6-Month Contract)

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Designer for a 6-month contract position to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social media and a keen eye for design. As a Junior Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging social media content that aligns with our clients’ brand identities and marketing goals. This position is hybrid, combining remote work with some in-office collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create high-quality visual content for various social media platforms.
  • Work with the Creative Director to develop creative concepts and content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure all social media content is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive look and feel.
  • Assist in the development of social media campaigns and contribute to the creation of graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance content quality and engagement.
  • Adapt and resize existing designs for different platforms and formats, ensuring optimal performance across all channels.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of 3 or 4 year Graphic Design diploma or degree program
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and animation software is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh and innovative design ideas.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, their specific design requirements, and best practices.
  • Must have your own computer capable of running required design software.
