Job Description:
We are looking for an individual to support the Sales Operations team at Ericsson Canada. Some of the key activities would include but not be limited to the following:
• Assist with issuing quotations to our customers in a professional and efficient manner
• Coordinating cross-functional processes, and identifying and developing efficiencies
• Take on special projects which are appointed by the VP of Operations
• Writing and troubleshooting Macros in Excel

• Strong Communications Skills (Customer relations experience an asset)
• Coding/Programming Experience (an asset)
Computer Skills:
• Advanced Excel – Macros
• SAP

• Motivated self-starter
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• Completed or completing a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferably in a science, business or telecommunications discipline)
