IT Summer Students


The Waterloo Catholic District School Board serves over 38,000 learners and provides services to students in 50 schools (Kindergarten to Grade 12 and adult learners) across the Waterloo Region.

General Description of Duties:


The duties of this position include but are not limited to:


Inventory IT Assets at all schools


Support IT department in deployment of equipment

Validate Wi-Fi coverage at all school sites


Loading/delivery/unloading of IT equipment in accordance with established procedures & protocols

Perform other related duties as assigned


M inimum Requirements:


Must be currently enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary institution and provide proof of enrollment


Must hold and provide proof of a valid G class license & have a clean driver’s abstract

Ability to perform physical labour


Experience in moving/delivery of large items


Salary Range: $19.50/hour

Hours of Work : 2 Temporary full-time positions: 35 hours per week – June 17, 2024 to September 1, 2024
