We value innovation, teamwork, and quality in everything we do.</p><p>The Role</p><p>We are hiring an IT Help Desk Technician to support day-to-day IT needs and assist with maintaining core systems, including our Microsoft and Citrix environment. This position combines front-line user support with opportunities to take on more advanced infrastructure responsibilities.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Respond to IT requests for hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity</li><li>Set up and maintain computers, phones, printers, and related equipment</li><li>Assist with Citrix environment and virtual desktop support, monitoring, and upgrades</li><li>Work with external vendors and document solutions to improve IT processes</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>3+ years of IT support experience</li><li>Education in Computer <span >Science/Information</span> Technology or related field</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365</li><li>Citrix experience strongly preferred</li><li>Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)</li><li>Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach</li></ul><p>Assets</p><p>Experience with SQL, Microsoft O365 Exchange, QuickBooks, and Crystal Reports; relevant certifications; and exposure to manufacturing or multi-division environments.</p><p>Why Join S3</p><p>We offer competitive wages, benefits, and RRSP matching, along with opportunities to keep learning and advancing.
