This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a structured environment and is eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, integration support, and PMO administration. You will play a key role in facilitating acquisition integration tasks, assisting with onboarding processes, maintaining documentation, and supporting standardized project management processes across the company.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Update and maintain checklists and timelines for integration projects using PM software</li><li>Monitor task completion and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure progress</li><li>Take meeting minutes and track action items from integration meetings</li><li>Support the development and roll-out of consistent project management processes and best practices (Integration Playbook)</li><li>Organize due diligence documents and distribute them to relevant teams prior to acquisitions</li><li>Assemble welcome materials for newly acquired employees and coordinate onboarding support</li><li>Communicate with the Corporate Development team to prepare for upcoming acquisitions</li><li>Generate reports and assist in preparing monthly PowerPoint integration updates</li><li>Provide general administrative and documentation support to department leads during integration</li></ul><p>Additional Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assist in creating standardized templates and tools for the E360S PMO</li><li>Ensure all projects have the necessary documentation, approvals, and sign-offs throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Maintain and update internal tracking spreadsheets, especially related to E360S property management and insurance requirements</li><li>Work with project owners across departments to support data accuracy and task coordination</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)</li><li>2-5 years of project coordination, integration, or business support experience</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Interest in corporate development, M&A, and enterprise project management is a strong asset</li></ul><p>This is more than a job - it's your opportunity to be part of something bigger.
