If you are <strong>goal-driven</strong>, independent, and seeking a<strong> long-term career</strong> with a supportive and collaborative team, this opportunity could be for you!</p><p></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Sales & Client Solutions:</strong> Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.</li><li><strong>Commercial Insurance Solutions:</strong> Advise prospective and existing business clients on various commercial insurance products, including liability, property, and business interruption coverage.</li><li><strong>Customer Service Excellence:</strong> Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.</li><li><strong>Business Development:</strong> Identify sales opportunities and contribute to the agency’s overall growth. </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Licensing: </strong>Property & Casualty (OTL) License preferred; or must obtain within 1 month of job offer.</li><li><strong>Financial Requirements:</strong> Minimum credit score of 650, no bankruptcy in the past 3 years, and no overdue debts in collections.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Prior sales experience is a strong asset.</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
