Compensation:
- General Licensed Team Member: $50,000 base salary + bonuses/SPIFF/travel incentives = Likely OTE of $60,000+
- General & LLQP Licensed Team Member: $55,000 base salary + bonuses/SPIFF/travel incentives = Likely OTE of $70,000+
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with billing, claims, and other inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service through value-driven conversations.
- Collaborate with a successful and supportive team after completing licensing and training.
- Stay self-motivated in a role with minimal direct supervision.
Requirements:
- A reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Clean credit history (no items in collections, no bankruptcy in the past 7 years).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
- Ability to problem-solve proactively and handle multiple tasks at once.
- A commitment to customer service excellence, even in challenging situations.
- Willingness to pivot to additional products we offer for those customers who are fully protected.
