Our AM position requires a relationship-oriented individual with strong organizational and analytical skills. You will need to be comfortable in a customer-facing role with an emphasis on telephone and computer skills. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.</p><hr /><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat</p></li><li><p>Provide knowledgeable answers to clients’ questions about product, pricing, and availability</p></li><li><p>Input customer policies within guidelines and compliance</p></li><li><p>Work with internal departments to meet customer needs</p></li><li><p>Data entry in various platforms</p></li><li><p>Detail-oriented follow-up on client documents</p></li><li><p>Assist assigned senior broker with daily administrative and organizational needs</p></li><li><p>Oversee tasks such as drafting documents, collecting & analyzing information, managing incoming correspondence, attending meetings, and organizing analytical information for data collection purposes</p></li></ul><hr /><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong><br />Our commitment is to provide Insurance Brokers with the tools they need to succeed.
