About Us:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Processing & Recruitment Specialist, blending expertise in customer-focused sales processing with talent acquisition responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Processing Duties:
- Conduct scripted third-party verification calls promptly and accurately, adhering to company guidelines and evolving processes.
- Review and audit sales records to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate sales transactions to ensure accuracy and successful completion of the sales process.
- Identify and report inconsistencies, errors, or potential issues in sales documentation and processes, providing feedback for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure all customer details and agreements are accurate and complete for smooth sales execution.
Recruitment Duties:
- Lead recruitment efforts for sales team positions, including:
- Posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Screening resumes to identify suitable candidates.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Assisting in onboarding new hires.
- Maintain organized records of all recruitment activities.
General Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all sales and recruitment activities.
- Maintain professional and efficient correspondence in all forms of communication.
- Abide by the office dress code: business casual to business formal.
- Adhere to proper email etiquette in all communications.
- Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed, based on performance and business demands.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient and fluent in English speaking, writing, and correspondence.
- Must speak English fluently with a North American accent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in sales processing, auditing, customer service, or recruitment is an asset.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems).
Work Conditions:
- In-office position in Downtown Kitchener.
- Standard working hours, with potential flexibility as required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $19.50 per hour.
- Two-month probationary period.
- Optional benefits package available after the probationary period, with a 50% contribution for drug, dental, and vision care.
