Due to our strong global growth and private equity investment from Vista Equity Partners we are looking for a customer-focused and highly analytical Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team.</p><p>Note: This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in Ontario.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Deliver customer implementations: ensuring customers achieve their agreed implementation outcomes; migrate data into the Gatekeeper platform; understand the customer\'s business process to develop automated workflows; record the Time to First Value (TTFV) for each customer; set a high-value tone for the relationship; optimise the use of AI including research and prompt writing.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert of the Gatekeeper platform, turning customer problems into Gatekeeper solutions.</li><li>Own Customer Satisfaction / Effort Scores for your customers and serve as their internal voice, providing feedback on how we can better serve them to meet desired outcomes.</li><li>Identify expansion opportunities, providing upsell / cross-sell leads to the Sales team.</li><li>Identify advocacy opportunities by obtaining public reviews, testimonials and case studies.</li></ul><h3>About you</h3><ul><li>Are you a customer-focused professional with strong analytical skills?</li><li>Do you have an incredible ability to listen, understand and implement customers onto a platform?</li><li>Do you want to work in a fast-moving, fast-growing environment?</li><li>Do you have what it takes to deliver value over and above expectations on a consistent basis?</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Extensive experience in end-to-end software implementation, with a proven track record of onboarding customers onto a SaaS platform.</li><li>Proficiency in configuring and optimising features, including AI prompting and leveraging AI tools to maximise value.</li><li>Interest in exploring new AI advancements and staying up-to-date with developments.</li><li>Expertise in defining, managing, and achieving implementation milestones, including MVP and driving Time to First Value (TTFV).</li><li>Strong project management and business analysis skills, including time tracking, progress reporting, risk identification, and mitigation to ensure delivery within scope and timelines.</li><li>Exceptional stakeholder management and clear communication across verbal, video, and written mediums.</li><li>Proven ability to map data between systems and provide guidance on data migration, formats, and quality.</li><li>Experience in workflow configuration and obtaining client approval for automated processes, including AI-enabled ones.</li><li>A proactive approach to identifying expansion opportunities and contributing to revenue growth and customer advocacy.</li><li>Familiarity with SaaS, recurring revenue models, and the role of Customer Success in Life Time Value (LTV).</li><li>Commitment to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, documentation, and service quality, plus providing product feedback.</li><li>Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert for the platform, providing best practices and addressing customer queries related to functionality and AI.</li><li>Comfort documenting business processes as clear logic diagrams.</li><li>A curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic lifelong learner mindset.</li></ul><h3>Nice to have</h3><ul><li>Experience with Vendor Management and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Generous remuneration.</li><li>Flexible working hours: design your work schedule to match your lifestyle.</li><li>100% remote working: live and work wherever you like - no more commutes.</li><li>Learning & Development opportunities for lifelong learners.</li><li>Generous holiday policy.</li><li>Monthly Health & Wellbeing perk to cover health / dental insurance.</li><li>Free subscription to an online therapy and mental wellbeing platform.</li><li>Gatekeeper for Good: match funding to support non-profit organisations in your local community.</li><li>Technology: we provide everything you need to do your best work.</li><li>Gatekeeper retreats.</li></ul><h3>About Us</h3><p>A market-leading product, a skilled and supportive team and distinctive values make Gatekeeper a uniquely rewarding place to work.
