THE WORK:
- Installing mini-split heat pumps (no fossil fuels)
- HRV/ERV systems for each unit
- New construction = clean, accessible locations
- Same building layouts = efficient installation
- Commissioning and balancing
THE SETUP:
- All equipment on-site when you arrive
- Refrigerant lines pre-cut to length
- Laborers position units (you're not a furniture mover)
- Clear mechanical plans showing everything
- Site super coordinates hole drilling with framers
- Weekly pay + bonuses for efficient work
Example: HRV install estimated at 8 hours. You nail it in 6 hours? Get paid for 8.5 hours. Quality work, more money.
