Update and maintain employee handbooks and policies.</li><li><strong>Performance Management:</strong> Implement performance management systems and provide support to managers on performance-related issues.</li><li><strong>Training & Development:</strong> Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement.</li><li><strong>HR Analytics:</strong> Use data and analytics to monitor HR metrics and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership.</li><li><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong> Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of the employees and align with market standards.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> At least 5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in managing HR functions and developing HR strategies.</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations.
