We are currently seeking a skilled HR Financial Analyst to join our team. The HR Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data related to HR operations, payroll, benefits, and other HR expenditures.

The successful candidate will provide insights and recommendations to optimize HR budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Additionally, they will collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and implement strategies for cost efficiency and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and trends related to HR operations, payroll, benefits, and other HR expenditures. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support HR budgeting and resource planning.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement within HR functions. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop strategies for optimizing HR expenditures.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of HR initiatives and programs.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within the HR or hospitality industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
