Host/Hostess

*Job Summary* We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service. *Duties* – Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell upon departure – Manage reservations and seating arrangements – Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area – Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy – Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations – Provide assistance to guests as needed *Requirements* – Experience in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant settings is preferred – Strong communication and customer service skills – Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus – Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment – Willingness to help others and contribute to a positive guest experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Experience:

• Food service: 1 year (required)
• Hotel experience: 1 year (required)
• Hospitality: 1 year (required)
• Restaurant experience: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Smart Serve (preferred)
• Food Handler Certification (preferred)
