The position involves troubleshooting system failures, providing effective on-site repairs, and consulting with product support and engineering teams to resolve complex issues. Additional duties include implementing and supporting design modifications, instructing customers and sales personnel on equipment operation and maintenance, and completing test reports with detailed recommendations. The role also requires developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring proper maintenance of service equipment, tools, and documentation, and performing additional service work as needed to support the broader region and customer base.
