Full job description

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for dealing directly with guests checking in and out of the hotel. They need to have a friendly outgoing personality and must be able to handle a variety of situations.

Essential Functions:

  • Delivers exceptional guest service
  • Cash handling and other administrative functions
  • Respond to telephone inquiries
  • Provides information on hotel services and amenities.
  • Provides information on local transportation, area attractions, shopping malls and tours.
  • Empowered to deal with guest challenges, complaints and emergency situations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must have working experience with OPERA property system

Pay: $24.37 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
