Full job description
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for dealing directly with guests checking in and out of the hotel. They need to have a friendly outgoing personality and must be able to handle a variety of situations.
Essential Functions:
- Delivers exceptional guest service
- Cash handling and other administrative functions
- Respond to telephone inquiries
- Provides information on hotel services and amenities.
- Provides information on local transportation, area attractions, shopping malls and tours.
- Empowered to deal with guest challenges, complaints and emergency situations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have working experience with OPERA property system
