We are currently seeking a Guest Services Agent who is passionate about creating a memorable guest experience.

    As our Guest Services Agent, you’ll greet guests warmly during check-ins, assign rooms based on their preferences, and help make their stay comfortable. You’ll handle incoming calls, take messages, and deliver them promptly. You’ll provide information about local amenities and attractions and ensure smooth check-outs by preparing room bills. You’ll also address any guest complaints with a positive attitude and perform other tasks as needed.

    We’re looking for someone who can communicate well, has great guest service skills, and works well both in a team and independently. Confidentiality is key in this role. You’ll need to be available for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
