<p>We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who’s equal parts storyteller, designer, and data-driven growth hacker. You’ll lead the charge on creative storytelling, paid campaigns, and analytics, crafting messages that inspire trust and convert with clarity. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can think strategically and build beautiful, high-impact creative assets from the ground up.</p>
<h3><b>What You’ll Do</b></h3>
<p><b>1. Creative Storytelling & Design (Top Priority)</b></p>
<p>You’ll own the full creative lifecycle, from idea to scroll‑stopping execution.</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop cohesive storytelling across campaigns, using brand voice and narrative to make healthcare technology human and relatable.<br/></li>
<li>Design static and motion assets, social carousels, reels, video snippets, and graphics, that both educate and convert.<br/></li>
<li>Combine performance marketing instincts with rock‑solid graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite).<br/></li>
<li>Collaborate closely with leadership and clinical advisors to ensure visuals are both authentic and compliant.</li></ul>
<p>You must be exceptional at design and storytelling, this is non‑negotiable. We’re not looking for AI‑generated filler content; we want creativity with substance and taste.</p>
<p><b>2. Paid Campaign & Landing Page Management</b></p>
<ul>
<li>You’ll own every stage of the paid funnel, from ad to landing page.</li>
<li>Run and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li>
<li>Design, build, and A/B test conversion‑focused landing pages (Webflow, Unbounce, or similar).</li>
<li>Align creative messaging with landing‑page UX for a seamless conversion journey.</li></ul>
<p>Strong experience with paid media AND landing‑page optimization is absolutely required.</p>
<p><b>3. Data & Analytics</b></p>
<p>You’ll turn performance data into actionable insights that guide creative and spend.</p>
<ul>
<li>Build automated dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Supermetrics.</li>
<li>Measure creative performance at a granular level (CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV).</li>
<li>Present clear weekly reports with what’s working, what’s not, and how to iterate.<br/></li></ul>
<p>Analytical rigor is a must, creativity must be backed by numbers.</p>
<p><b>4. Email & Lifecycle Marketing</b></p>
<p>You’ll design and automate lifecycle journeys that educate and convert.</p>
<ul>
<li>Build nurture flows, onboarding sequences, and reactivation campaigns (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo).</li>
<li>Write compelling copy that tells the Cloudcure story through every touchpoint.</li>
<li>Maintain brand consistency and compliance across all communications.</li></ul>
<p><b>5. Influencer, Organic & Social Growth Strategies</b></p>
<p>You’ll drive awareness and credibility through creator partnerships and organic content.</p>
<ul>
<li>Identify and collaborate with healthcare influencers and professionals for authentic storytelling.</li>
<li>Manage Cloudcure’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.</li>
<li>Build campaigns around testimonials, reviews, and educational series.</li></ul>

<h3><b>What We’re Looking For</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of experience in growth or digital marketing (ideally in SaaS, health tech, or e‑commerce).</li>
<li>Expert in creative storytelling, visual design, and landing‑page development.</li>
<li>Proven success in paid campaigns and data‑driven growth.</li>
<li>Skilled with Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.</li>
<li>Ability to use AI to enhance output, not replace creative thinking.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.</li></ul>
