<h3>The Position</h3>
<p>We are seeking a talented and progressive General Manager who is passionate about managing teams and day-to-day operations. You look for ways to streamline processes and are an expert at developing and executing strategic plans. Taking direction from the CEO and board of directors, your tactical skills are second-to-none. You are known for being resilient and adaptive to those around you, with the ability to pivot when required.</p>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<p>To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate the following skills and attributes:</p>
<ol>
<li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, leading diverse teams in a multi-unit environment.</li>
<li>An undergraduate diploma or degree in Business Administration or related educational background (asset).</li>
<li>Previous experience overseeing and managing P&L.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Ability to develop and execute action items linked to strategic planning initiatives.</li>
<li>Transformational leadership style.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse team including subordinates, peers, and leadership members.</li>
<li>Familiarity with HR best practices related to team development and performance management.</li>
<li>Commitment to world-class customer service.</li>
