<p><b>Company Description</b></p><p>Turn 17 Garage is the Western Canadian Importer and Distributor of the RUSH SR Sports Racer and the exclusive on-track service provider at Rocky Mountain Motorsports, the newest Race facility in Western Canada.</p><p><b>Role Description</b></p><p>Turn 17 Garage is seeking an experienced and motivated <b>General Manager</b> to lead our automotive and motorsports operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a passion for racing, customer experience, and operational excellence.</p><p>Our mission is to create <b>exceptional customer service experiences</b> across:</p><ul><li>Track-side support</li><li>Race day support</li><li>Racing and race track experiences</li><li>Race and track car repair and maintenance</li><li>Performance and racing parts sales</li></ul><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Oversee daily operations of the garage and track-side activities</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service across all offerings</li><li>Manage race and track car service, preparation, and maintenance</li><li>Plan and execute customer track days, race weekends, and driving experiences</li><li>Lead, schedule, train, and develop staff</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and vendors</li><li>Support and grow performance and racing parts sales</li><li>Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and professionalism</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Minimum <b>3 years of experience</b> in the automotive service industry</li><li>Minimum <b>3 years of management experience</b></li><li>Hands-on motorsports experience (driving, racing, event planning, vehicle setup, or coaching)</li><li>Strong understanding of race and track car preparation</li><li>Proven communication and leadership skills</li><li>Highly organized and customer-focused</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, high-pressure environment</li></ul><p><b>Why Work at Turn 17 Garage</b></p><ul><li>Passion-driven motorsports environment</li><li>Direct involvement in racing and track events</li><li>Opportunity to shape the future growth and culture of a performance-focused business</li></ul>
