Converter Man Limited is hiring a full-time Auto Parts Rebuilder to work in our factory environment. No prior experience is required — we provide full training. If you are hands-on, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
· Rebuild automotive components (primarily torque converters)
·
· Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble parts using hand and power tools
·
· Follow detailed procedures and safety guidelines
·
· Meet quality and production standards
·
· Work effectively with team members
·
Qualifications:
· Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
·
· Welding or machine operation experience is an asset (but not required)
·
· Must be able to speak and understand English (for safety/training)
·
· Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
·
· Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
·
