<p>Our client, a leading organization in customer service and support, is seeking a dedicated French Bilingual Client Service Agent to join their team. </p><p><strong>Job Title: </strong>French Bilingual Agent (Onsite)</p>
<p><strong>Location: </strong>Winnipeg Manitoba - Onsite</p>
<p><strong>Pay Range: </strong>$19.50 per hour</p>
<p><strong>Shift: </strong>Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST</p>
<p><strong>What's the Job?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both French and English, providing professional assistance and support.
<li>Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests in a courteous and effective manner.
<li>Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
<li>Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for future reference.
<li>Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve overall outcomes.
</ul>
<p><strong>What's Needed?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with diverse customers.
<li>Ability to pass a French language proficiency test, including typing and grammar assessments.
<li>Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
<li>Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
