This is a RUSH backfill role during budgeting season, and we are looking for a person who can hit the ground running. </p>
<p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p>
<li>Lead budgeting and forecasting activities during a critical planning cycle</li>
<li>Provide strategic financial insights and support to senior leadership</li>
<li>Work hands-on with financial systems—OneStream experience is a major asset</li>
<li>Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting</li> <li>Support process improvements and financial modeling for a large-scale operation</li> <p>TMGCT</p> <p></p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p><p></p> <li>CPA Designation </li>
<li>Proven FP&A leadership experience, ideally in the Mining industries</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting</li>
<li>Advanced system proficiency—OneStream or similar tools preferred</li>
<li>ERP implementation experience </li>
<li>Great communication and presentation skills</li> Apply
