Forklift Operator/Material Handler

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.

Responsibilities:

– Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to transport materials within the warehouse
– Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers
– Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and other equipment
– Keep accurate records of inventory levels and locations
– Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Skills:

– Proficiency in operating forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers
– Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
– Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate in a fast-paced environment
– Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
– Strong mathematical skills for inventory counting and order fulfillment

Requirements:

– Prior experience as a Forklift Operator
– Valid certification to operate a forklift (Reach, Counterbalance, Doc Stocker and Rider Walkie)
– Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety procedures
