<p><b>PAL Airlines</b> is looking for <b>Flight Attendants</b> with a passion for safety and customer service to join our award-winning team in <b>Halifax, Montreal and St. John’s.</b></p>
<p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Enforce all Transport Canada policies/procedures to ensure compliance with PAL Airlines and Air Operator standards.</li>
<li>Demonstrate and explain emergency protocols to ensure passenger safety throughout flights.</li>
<li>Communicate important flight information and updates to all passengers and crew.</li>
<li>Deliver high quality customer service standards throughout all phases of the travel experience.</li>
<li>Assist with the resolution of unexpected operational challenges and passenger concerns.</li>
<li>Successfully work both independently and within a team to fulfil operational needs.</li>
<li>Represent PAL Airlines with professionalism and respect to all travelers.</li>
<li>Provide first aid and medical assistance when required.</li>

<p><b>Qualifications</b>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Must be at least 19 years of age to meet the Canadian Liquor Legislation.</li>
<li>The ability to travel in the US without restrictions and hold a valid passport (or Permanent Residency Card accompanied with the Visas necessary to work anywhere PAL Airlines operates).</li>
<li>Must be able to maintain an Airport Restricted Area Identification Card (requires a 5-year traceable history, a clear criminal record and a Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident Card).</li>
<li>The ability to speak French and English.</li>
<li>Completion of the Flight Attendant Academy or the In-flight Institute Online Training Program – CT201 prior to commencing employment.</li>
<li>Preference given to candidates with customer service experience.</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal, communication, time management, and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Criminal record check prior to employment.</li>
<li>The availability to travel away from home for extended periods of time.</li>
<li>Must successfully complete an initial 5-week full-time training program</li>
<li>Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.</li>
