Job Description

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Analyze production costs and recommend cost reduction initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Oversee internal and external audits.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Manage and mentor the finance team.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with operational objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a controller.
  • Experience in the industrial sector highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and reliability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
