<p><strong>Field Supervisor – Operations</strong></p><p><strong>(Greater Moncton Area)</strong></p><p>Our client, a global leader in specialized industrial services, is seeking a hands-on <strong>Field Supervisor</strong> to oversee daily operations and drive high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in field activities.</p><p>In this leadership role, you’ll manage field teams, coordinate project execution, and uphold safety compliance — all while fostering a strong team environment. The ideal candidate brings proven supervisory experience in industrial services, construction, or HVAC, and thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise and support daily field operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop field teams to meet performance and safety standards.</li><li>Coordinate project schedules, manpower, and equipment to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to enforce safety regulations and ensure quality workmanship.</li><li>Address operational challenges promptly and professionally.</li><li>Maintain clear, accurate records of field activities, reports, and project milestones.</li><li>Partner with management on continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.</li><li>Train new team members on safety protocols, equipment handling, and standard procedures.</li></ul><li></li><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven supervisory experience in field operations — industrial services, construction, or HVAC sectors preferred.</li><li>Strong leadership with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Sound knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.</li><li>Comfortable using technology for reporting and communication.</li></ul><li></li><p><strong>MON1</strong></p>
