Job Title: Part-Time Female Cook – Group Home

Location: East Gwillimbury
Position: Part-Time (3 days/week)
Shift: 10 am to 10 am (including breaks & sleep time)
Pay: $540/week
Accommodation & Meals: Provided at no extra cost

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals for up to 24 residents.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Assist with medication reminders and resident support.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in Canadian cuisine.
• Passion for cooking and caregiving (medical background is a plus).
• Enjoy working with seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Shifts:

• Cook 1: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays
• Cook 2: Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays

Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Label packages accurately and ensure proper sealing before shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Assist in inventory management by accurately counting and recording packaged products.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Report any equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or packing role is an advantage, but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
Capability to perform repetitive motions and tasks.
