<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li> Assisting in the line operation of extrusion equipment used to product HDPE pipe in accordance with established Infra Pipe procedures, policies, and standards.</li><li> Packaging pipe in accurate pallet sizes and quantities and document production.</li><li> Maintaining inventory of material, transferring, and loading material for production.</li><li> Performing quality checks to pipe products, ensuring they meet Infra Pipe quality standards.</li><li> Troubleshooting, maintaining, and making minor repairs to equipment, as required.</li><li> Maintaining safe working conditions by ensuring a clean working area and reporting any issues to supervisor.</li><li> Actively participate in all Health & Safety training and promote a safe work environment.</li><li> Participate in all 5-S and Lean Manufacturing initiatives, as promoted by Infra Pipe.</li><li>Language of Work: English (spoken and written)</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li> Minimum of 1 year of work experience in plastic extrusion, thermoforming or injection molding.</li><li> Basic computer skills.</li></ul>Required Education:<ul><li> Completion of a college certificate or equivalent required.</li></ul>Work Conditions:<p>Please note that this job requires good mobility and involves considerable routine walking, standing for long periods, bending, and heavy lifting.</p><p>Candidates must be flexible to work 12-hour rotating continental shifts or other shifts as needed.</p>Benefits:<ul><li> Benefits are offered through the company's benefit plan</li><li> Vacation: 15 days of paid vacation per year, to start.</li><li> Other: Disability, Dental, Extended Medical, Life, and Travel Insurance. Company pension matches up to 5% of salary. Our company also offers an incentive to all Extruder Operators where they can earn up to $1.50 for each hour worked, payable quarterly.</li></ul></p></p>
