We are looking for experienced and motivated kitchen help to join our team and keep our operation running smoothly.</p><p>The Role</p><p>As Experienced Kitchen Help, you will support both prep and production in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with our chefs and supervisors to maintain consistency, efficiency, and quality standards.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Chop, wash, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.</li><li>Assist with making stocks, soups, and reductions.</li><li>Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Portion, hand-package, and label soups for retail and wholesale.</li><li>Support daily cleaning, dishwashing, and kitchen close-down procedures.</li><li>Follow food safety, sanitation, and health standards at all times.</li><li>Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum 1–2 years of kitchen experience in food prep or production (hotels, banquets, catering or commissary preferred).</li><li>Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes accurately.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Reliability, punctuality, and a positive team attitude.</li><li>Food Safe certification (preferred, but training available).</li></ul><p>What We Offer:</p><ul><li>Competitive hourly wage + pooled cash tips.</li><li>Paid lunch, uniforms provided, and employee food discounts.</li><li>Opportunities to grow into more senior kitchen roles.</li><li>A supportive and professional work environment with consistent hours.</li></ul><p>PLEASE NOTE : We thank all applicants for their expression of interest.
