Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Estimator role located in Vaughan, ON. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and blueprints, preparing cost estimates, conducting site visits, and collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and project completion within budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Experience in project cost estimation and budgeting
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in construction estimating software
- Relevant certification or diploma in Construction Estimating or related field
