About the Role
We are urgently hiring Epic Certified Analysts across the following modules:
Epic Professional Billing (PB) and Claims
Epic Grand Central
Epic Cadence and Prelude
The successful candidates will work closely with clinical, financial, and technical teams to implement, configure, and support Epic applications. You must hold active Epic certification in the respective module(s).
Required Qualifications
- Mandatory: Active Epic Certification in one of the following: Willow / HIM / Hospital Billing (HB).
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Epic implementation or support experience in the relevant module.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and best practices within your Epic specialty.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to multiple Epic modules.
- Prior experience working in Canadian healthcare systems.
- Familiarity with integration, reporting, and testing tools within Epic.
