Looking for individuals who are Positive, Enthusiastic, Energetic and Self-Motivated Individuals.</p><p> </p><p>The Entry Level Sales Rep should enjoy interaction with the consumers, communicating products and services, and conducting themselves with professionalism, optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face<br />of the company. </p><p> </p><p>The Entry Level Sales Rep will be selling residential attic insulation services, cellulose, fiberglass, insulation removal, mold remediation and mold protection applications.</p><p> </p><p><b><strong>RESPONSIBILITES</strong></b></p><ul><li>Identify the specific Home Services needs of customers and offer solutions through face-to-face direct marketing Sales</li><li>Deliver excellent customer experience and satisfactory product knowledge</li><li>Generate leads and sales from various referral sources, follow up on leads </li><li>Educate consumers on services/benefits face to face through direct Marketing and effectively demonstrate all company services</li><li>Complete lead generation questionnaire for attic assessments directly with customer</li><li>Schedule appointments for customers with technicians.</li><li>Organize paperwork and calendar scheduling.</li><li>Conduct yourself with professionalism, and integrity as the face of the company.</li><li>Attend daily meetings and work shops</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><b><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Strong communication skills both verbal and written</li><li>Excellent customer service abilities</li><li>An ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.</li><li>Good in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals.</li><li>Self-motivated.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to be a team player.</li><li>Sales experience is an asset but not needed.</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong></b>:</p><ul><li>Training in products and services.</li><li>This is a commission only position</li><li>Weekly pay avg $1200</li><li>Job shadowing to set you up for success.</li><li>Ongoing coaching, learning, and development opportunities.</li><li>Internal career growth.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>We provide outstanding mentorship, training, and resources to help you achieve success.</p></p></p>
