Page 1 Management Inc. is now hiring an Entry Level Sales & Customer Service Representative at our Concord office!

As an Entry Level Sales & Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a critical part of our team, ensuring smooth operations, creating memorable customer experiences, and supporting our sales efforts in assigned locations. This role comes with in-office responsibilities and in-field activities, we do require your daily commute to our office.

Responsibilities:

• Learn to design and execute engaging promotional marketing campaigns tailored to our clients’ needs.
• Meeting with customers and prospects face-to-face in their local environments to present and promote our products and services.
• Actively participating in community-based events and activities to represent our brand and drive business growth.
• Build meaningful connections with customers, focusing on understanding their needs and delivering outstanding service.
• Maintaining accurate records using CRM tools and company systems.
• Meet the standard conversion goals and targets.
• Gathering market insights and customer feedback to refine our sales approach and ensure we stay ahead in a competitive market.
