You will work as a CNC Machine Operator in the back of the machine shop, responsible for loading machines and programming new ones. This fast-paced role requires multitasking while maintaining strong attention to detail. You will operate CNC machines and routers according to production specifications, set up machines, load materials, and ensure proper tooling. You will program and adjust new machines as required, monitor machine operation, perform basic maintenance and quality checks, and maintain a clean and safe work area. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, with experience on CNC routers considered a strong asset. You should be able to program or make program edits, have strong mechanical aptitude, and be able to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints. Reliable transportation and a good attendance record are required.
