We are looking for Electromechanical Technician to join our dynamic team.</p><p>If you are motivated by a dynamic work environment, enjoy collaboration, and want to make a concrete contribution to the efficiency and quality of operations, this opportunity is for you!  </p><p> </p><p><strong>Why Choose Olymel?</strong></p><p><strong>Career Growth and Job Security</strong>: Enjoy stable employment with advancement opportunities. <br><strong>Corporate Culture</strong>: Be part of a close-knit, collaborative team where every contribution is valued.<br><strong>Benefits:</strong> Enjoy competitive benefits and an attractive salary.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Your Role & Impact</strong></p><p>Under the guidance of Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in addressing the following challenges:</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></p><p>The successful Electromechanically technician will work under the Maintenance Supervisor as part of a team responsible for optimizing the machinery output by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Repair, install, assemble, maintain and test industrial equipment (industrial and stationary engines, pumps and compressors (NH3) automated and robotic systems, electrical and electronic controls, power tools, fans and blowers, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems);<br>• Locate, determine and diagnose malfunctions in the plant and perform repairs;<br>• Plan work ahead to increase efficiency in doing repairs;<br>• Report any specific findings, known problem or delays to supervisor;<br>• Other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>What You Bring to the Role</strong></p><p>• A high school diploma and vocational training or program are usually required.<br>• Relevant manufacturing experience in a unionized environment an asset<br>• Successfully complete internal testing.<br>• Relevant industrial experience preferred, experience in troubleshooting and repair.<br>• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Knowledge of HACCP/SQF standards an asset;<br><br></p><p> </p><p><strong>What Olymel Offers You</strong></p><p>• Personalized training and skill development support</p><p>• Comprehensive benefits package, including:<br>Flexible and advantageous group insurance<br>RRSP plan with employer contributions</p>
