<h3>The Role</h3>
<p>As Lead Electrical Engineer, you will oversee the design and coordination of electrical systems for a wide range of building projects. You will work closely with our mechanical and reality capture teams to deliver coordinated, high‑quality designs that align with client needs and project goals.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead electrical design projects from concept through construction</li>
<li>Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and cost estimates</li>
<li>Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success</li>
<li>Mentor and support junior designers and technologists</li>
<li>Conduct site visits and field reviews as required</li>
<li>Ensure designs comply with all applicable codes and standards</li>
<li>Contribute to the continued growth and development of the Electrical Department</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering</li>
<li>Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Manitoba or eligible for registration</li>
<li>Minimum 6+ years of experience in building electrical design</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of lighting, power distribution, life safety, and low‑voltage systems</li>
<li>Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills</li>
