<h3>Job Summary</h3>
<p>The Manager of Early Learning Centre reports to the Senior Manager of Early Learning & Childcare and is overall accountable for leading and directing all aspects of Hopes Home daycare operations, ensuring all legislated requirements are followed. Through each interaction with staff, children, parents/caregivers, and supporting professionals, the Manager ensures the culture of the work environment is in alignment with Hopes Home Vision, Purpose, and Values. They facilitate the development of a cohesive leadership team and demonstrate and promote a supportive, engaging, and inclusive work environment. All daycare employees at the centre report into this position.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the implementation of high-quality early learning programs that align with the vision and principles of: Hope's Home, Play and Exploration, The Emergent Curriculum, Inclusion, and Early Intervention.</li>
<li>Provide leadership to staff in the early learning and childcare programs.</li>
<li>Promote and encourage a co-teaching environment.</li>
<li>Monitor the early intervention program for children.</li>
<li>Approve new Behaviour Intervention Plans prior to implementation.</li>
<li>Admit/discharge children based on criteria and enrollment needs.</li>
<li>Create a psychologically safe work environment.</li>
<li>Engage families/caregivers in discussions on child development and provide documentation for further assessment.</li>
<li>All other duties as needed and directed by the Senior Manager.</li>
<li>Other administration, human resources, and OH&S duties.</li>
</ul>

<li>Monday to Friday</li>
<li>9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.</li>
<li>40 hours per week</li>
