About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in managing online orders, supporting customer service, and handling returns and logistics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and text in a professional and timely manner
• Process online orders, generate invoices, and handle payments
• Manage daily scheduling and calendar coordination
• Support customers with order updates, shipping details, and return logistics
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth operational workflows
• Identify and report improvements to enhance the online customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
• A self-starter who can work independently and think critically
• Comfortable speaking with a wide range of customers and solving problems on the spot
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and tools
• Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or fulfillment is a strong asset
