Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:
The Assistant Store Manager will provide support to the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. Key responsibilities include managing staff, executing daily operational tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staff management.
- Help with store merchandizing, shelf stocking, and unboxing daily shipments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
- Train, coach, and develop employees.
- Perform cash management, store opening, and closing duties as needed.
- Assign tasks to the team.
- Ensure store safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Conduct managers on duty tasks, including taking daily breaks, time, and attendance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandizing standards based on company strategy.
- Responsible for the hiring and performance management process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the retail industry.
- At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
- Open availability required (day, evening, weekend).
- Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities.
- Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.

Salary:
