Our facilities and professional team are dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for every dog.<br></p> <strong>Role Description<br></strong> <p>This is a part-time, on-site role for a Dog Daycare General Manager located in Toronto, ON. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring the safety and well-being of the dogs, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Key tasks include scheduling, staff training, addressing customer concerns, and monitoring the facility for cleanliness and safety.<br></p> <strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <ul><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Experience in animal care or working with dogs</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities under pressure</li><li>Basic knowledge of first aid and handling emergency situations for pets</li><li>Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; further education in animal care or related field is beneficial</li></ul>
